Colorful Rally in Sylhet Celebrating Eid-e-Milad-un-Nabi (PBUH)

Desk News: In celebration of the holy Eid-e-Milad-un-Nabi (PBUH), the Gausia Committee of Sylhet District organized a grand procession known as “Jashne Julus.”

On Monday (September 16), the rally commenced at 10:30 AM from the premises of Hazrat Shahjalal (R.A.)’s shrine. It paraded through the main streets of the city before concluding at Madrasah-e-Toyyebia Taheria Helimia Sunnia in Moiyarchar under Jalalabad Police Station. Following the rally, a discussion meeting and Milad Mahfil (religious gathering) were held.

The event was presided over by S.A.M. Shahidul Islam Selim, Acting President of the Gausia Committee Sylhet District. Among the speakers were Principal Maulana Mohammad Jalaluddin Al Qaderi, Chief Advisor of the Gausia Committee, and other prominent figures.

After Khatme Gausia and Milad Sharif, special prayers were offered for peace, prosperity, and the well-being of the entire Muslim Ummah, including Bangladesh.
